Join our dynamic team as a Citation Resolution Representative, where your proactive communication skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in resolving citation discrepancies efficiently. In this energetic and fast-paced environment, you will serve as the key point of contact for clients and ensuring accurate resolution of citation issues. Your customer support expertise, and technical proficiency will empower you to deliver exceptional service while maintaining organizational excellence.

Duties

• Serve as the liaison between courts, drivers, and companies to track and resolve citations from start to finish.
• Pursue alternative avenues and creative solutions when initial attempts at resolution are unsuccessful; not easily deterred by an initial no.
• Maintain consistent, proactive follow-up with all parties to keep cases moving toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, updates, and resolutions within designated systems using SalesForce software
• Assist clients with questions related to citations, processes, or documentation requirements through excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Document case progress, communications, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Uphold phone etiquette standards during outbound calls, demonstrating professionalism and active listening at all times

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, collections, sales, or a court/legal-adjacent field preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry procedures
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Resilience and tact when dealing with difficult customers, companies, or court personnel.
• Technical proficiency in navigating computer systems and troubleshooting basic software issues
• Reliable transportation required.

This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to leverage their customer service expertise in a vibrant setting. This is an in-Office position and is not eligible for remote work. Some tasks may require flexibility to accommodate court deadlines and business hours of partner companies.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
