MUST HAVE HOTEL UNION PAYROLL EXPERIENCE with PAYCOM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paymaster to join our team. As a Paymaster, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll and ensuring that all employees are paid correctly and on time. Your role will involve maintaining payroll records, calculating wages, and resolving any payroll discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime hours
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits
- Generate payroll reports for management as needed

- Post/distribute tips from a tip pool

Experience:
- 2+ years proven experience as a Paymaster
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Proficient in using payroll software and systems
- Excellent mathematical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
