What You’ll Do

As an Injury Prevention Consultant, you will partner directly with employees and leadership teams to reduce injury risk and support long-term workforce health.

• Lead engaging training sessions on safe movement, body mechanics, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and managers to identify musculoskeletal risk factors
• Conduct preventative ergonomic and worksite evaluations
• Identify OSHA ergonomic risks and support corrective strategies
• Provide non-medical OSHA First Aid support as needed
• Support continuous improvement of injury prevention and safety programs
• Use data, observations, and best practices to drive long-term program effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in good standing
• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in sports medicine, military, or collegiate/professional athletics
• Strong understanding of biomechanics, movement analysis, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Comfortable working independently in dynamic, non-traditional environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and influence adult learners

Work Environment

• On-site at a variety of workplace settings, including industrial, manufacturing, office, and distribution facilities
• Occasional local travel to partner locations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds
• Comfort working in environments with standard operational noise and equipment
