Responsibilities:

• Supports day-to-day operations across departments such as pharmacy operations, intake, billing, finance, sales, and marketing
• Assists with data entry, reporting, and analysis to support business initiatives
• Participates in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and patient experience
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on assigned projects and deliverables
• Conducts research and compile findings to support strategic initiatives
• Assists in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provides administrative and project support to department leaders as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong interest in healthcare and/or specialty pharmacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Percentage of Travel: 0-25%
