We are a fast-growing warehousing and logistics company specializing in e-commerce fulfillment, Amazon FBA, Walmart, TikTok Shop, transloading, and third-party logistics (3PL) services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Transportation Coordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and deliveries with Amazon Fulfillment Centers, third-party warehouses (3PL), private warehouses, and customer locations.
• Schedule and manage transportation with trucking companies (FTL/LTL), parcel carriers, and warehouse partners.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues.
• Support logistics operations for Amazon FBA, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce channels.
• Maintain transportation records, appointment schedules, and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to ensure timely outbound shipments.
• Assist with Transloading, Cross-Dock, and warehouse logistics projects.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, sales teams, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

QualificationsRequired

• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Amazon FBA logistics and warehouse appointments.
• Previous transportation dispatching or logistics coordination experience.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, or 3PL operations.
• Familiarity with LTL and FTL transportation processes.
• Experience using transportation management systems, appointment portals, or logistics platforms.

Pay: $25.00 - $31.59 per hour
