Job description:

PMD Advertising, located in Boonton, NJ is looking for a Full-Time TV/Radio Broadcast Traffic Coordinator to join the Team.

This position is responsible for media purchasing, ensuring compliance and correctness of client’s advertising, and trafficking client’s finished projects. You will be working closely with our TV/Radio production team, but the ability to work independently is also necessary.

Duties of the Job:

• Schedule talent for video shoots
• Review video and audio for accuracy and brand/client standards
• Obtain client approval of projects
• Negotiate schedules and rates with media vendors
• Participate in production planning meetings and keep projects on track to meet deadlines
• Learn legal advertising regulations
• Learn manufacturer compliance pre-approval standards

• Ability to work within strict deadlines
• Ability to take charge of a project and see it through to completion
• Strong written and verbal communication and follow-up
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
• Quick learner with an eagerness to gain knowledge

Hours:

9am – 5pm Monday through Friday Daily Lunch Break: 12:30pm – 1:30pm
