The Exceptional Plan is a full lifecycle business services company.

We work with clients from start to scale to exit, supporting them across planning, finance, accounting, marketing, and execution. Our work continues to expand as we bring together people who are exceptional at what they do and care deeply about doing it well.

Our mission is to change what it means to be a business owner globally. Most businesses do not fail because founders lack effort or intelligence. They fail because they are building without clear guidance, reliable systems, or honest information at the moments it matters most.

We are building something long term. Our goal is to reduce the global business failure rate by at least 10% by giving founders better tools, clearer thinking, and stronger support earlier in the lifecycle.

The content we publish is part of that work. It is not filler and it is not promotional. It exists to help people think more clearly about their businesses and make better decisions.

About the Blogging Program

This is a structured weekly blogging program built for writers who want their work to have weight.

Each week, writers receive a keyword report and clear guidelines. The goal is not to chase traffic for its own sake. The goal is to create content that provides real insight to founders navigating uncertainty, growth, and pressure.

This program is not for people looking to collect quick checks. We are looking for writers who want to contribute to a movement and stay committed to it.

How the Program Works

Every Monday, writers receive:

• A keyword or topic
• A target word count
• Writing and formatting guidelines
• Context on the problem being addressed

Writers have Monday through Friday to complete the post.

All submissions are due by Friday of the same week.

Posts are reviewed internally. Not every submission will be published. Posts selected for use are compensated.

Compensation is approximately $100 per accepted post and may vary depending on length and scope.

Writing Style We Are Looking For

We strongly prefer writers who can work in a nonfictional fictional style.

Your writing should be rooted in real business realities but written with narrative flow, clarity, and emotional intelligence. You should be able to communicate complex ideas without sounding academic, promotional, or generic.

We are not interested in shallow SEO content. We are interested in writing that changes how someone thinks and acts.

What You Will Be Doing

• Writing weekly blog posts based on assigned keywords and intent
• Translating real business challenges into clear, practical insight
• Writing for founders across industries and stages
• Meeting weekly deadlines consistently
• Making revisions when needed
• Writing in alignment with the standards, voice, and mission of The Exceptional Plan

What We Are Looking For

• Strong writing ability with a clear, grounded voice
• Ability to follow structure while thinking independently
• Comfort writing SEO informed content that still feels human
• Reliability and respect for deadlines
• Openness to feedback and improvement
• A genuine desire to contribute to work that matters

If you are only looking for freelance income, this will not be a good fit. We are looking for people who want to build something meaningful with us.
