On-the-job training will be provided.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

• Shop at designated retail stores in the Hampton Roads area to purchase inventory based on provided training and guidelines
• Maintain and organize purchase receipts
• Deliver sourced merchandise to our Chesterfield warehouse weekly
• Track purchases and follow set protocols for quality and selection
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Stay organized and self-directed while working independently
• Communicate effectively with our team as needed

**Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):**

• Must be comfortable working independently and motivated to shop regularly
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Well organized with the ability to manage receipts and documentation
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to securely store purchased items in between warehouse deliveries

**Physical Demands and Work Environment:**

• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods while shopping
• Willingness to work both independently and with a team.
