Role Overview

This role combines software implementation, client training, problem-solving, and relationship management. You'll become an expert in Advent's platform and help dealership teams confidently adopt and maximize our solutions.

This is a high-travel, client-facing role where you’ll spend significant time on-site at dealerships, working directly with teams, as well as leading live virtual training and webinars.

This role is equal parts learning, problem-solving, and teaching. You’ll be expected to quickly become proficient in our system, confidently guide users in both in-person and virtual settings, and operate independently once assigned to client accounts.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to dealership teams helping them understand not just how to use the system, but how to use it effectively within their sales and finance workflows.

The ideal candidate enjoys teaching others, thrives in a client-facing environment, embraces frequent travel, and is passionate about helping dealerships successfully adopt new technology.

What You’ll Do

• Travel frequently to dealerships to deliver on-site, hands-on training
• Lead engaging live virtual training sessions and webinars using video conferencing platforms.
• Develop deep expertise in Advent's software platform through ongoing learning and hands-on experience.
• Lead implementations and guide clients through onboarding and go-live
• Translate complex system functionality into clear, practical workflows
• Build strong relationships with dealership personnel while serving as a trusted implementation partner.
• Independently manage assigned client implementations following onboarding and training.
• Identify gaps, answer questions, and troubleshoot during training sessions
• Partner with internal teams (Support, Product, Customer Success) to resolve issues
• Capture feedback and contribute to improving training content and delivery
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to long-term support

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software quickly
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air
• Ability to present to groups in person and virtually
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
