Job Title: Research Analyst and Curriculum Developer

Job Summary

As a Research Analyst and Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and developing educational curricula tailored to specific learning objectives. This role requires a keen analytical mindset, strong research skills, and the ability to translate complex information into comprehensive learning materials. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in curriculum design and development.

Responsibilities

Conduct Research: Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to educational content development.

Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging, comprehensive curricula aligned with educational standards, learning objectives, and target audience needs.

Content Creation: Create educational materials, including lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, assessments, and other instructional resources.

Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of educational content.

Quality Assurance: Review, evaluate, and refine curriculum materials to maintain quality standards and enhance learning outcomes.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve curriculum content and delivery methods.

Documentation: Document research findings, methodologies, and curriculum development processes for reference and future enhancements.

Training and Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to educators, trainers, and other stakeholders on implementing and utilizing curriculum materials effectively.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality educational products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years experience in related job skills.
• Proven experience in research analysis and curriculum development, preferably in an educational or training setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and information effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, learning theories, and educational technology tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Knowledge of SCORM-Compliant Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Proficiency in utilizing AI prompts (Claude)
• Microsoft Office 365 proficient (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
