Responsibilities

• Operate screen printing equipment to produce vibrant, durable designs on various garments and textiles
• Set up embroidery machines, ensuring precise placement and stitch quality for each product
• Finish products by trimming excess material, inspecting for defects, and preparing items for packaging or delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure optimal production flow
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure consistency across all items
• Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime during production runs
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality output

Requirements

• Prior experience operating an automatic screen print press is preferred
• Familiarity with embroidery machines and embroidery techniques is a plus
• Knowledge of screen printing or embroidery machinery is highly desirable
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the highest quality standards are met
• Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding inventory handling and workflow efficiency
• Basic understanding of garment care, finishing techniques, and quality control procedures

Pay: $14.00 - $26.00 per hour
