Job Summary
Join Autel North America, a world leader in automotive diagnostic technology, as a Regional Sales Manager. This is your opportunity to drive growth and innovation in the rapidly evolving ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) segment, representing innovative automotive solutions to OEMs, distributors, and customers throughout the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute winning strategies to secure Collision, Glass, Mechanical, Dealership,& Calibration Center ADAS equipment sales year-over year.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and decision makers at prioritized accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for all customer account management matters, delivering exceptional service and value.
- Lead and motivate distributor sales teams to surpass ambitious performance goals through sales training workshops and clinics.
- Utilize CRM tools to accelerate the sales funnel and track progress toward business milestones.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic sales plans.
- Represent Autel at major promotional events and trade shows, elevating brand presence, and industry partnerships.
- Share marketing intelligence and collaborate across categories to maximize sales growth.
- Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of exceptional sales experience, consistently achieving performance goals.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead distributor sales teams with energy and accountability.
- Comprehensive understanding of the automotive service and repair industry, including ADAS technology, market trends, and shop owner challenges.
- Prior experience in automotive equipment sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent collaborator who is flexible, initiative-taking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Outstanding PC skills (MS Office suite), with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and safe driving habits.
- Adaptive learner with the ability to master new tasks and procedures efficiently.
- Exceptional presentation and persuasive selling skills in both group and individual settings.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
