Reports to: Manager, Development Operations

Location: NYC

• Process and enter donations received by the organization
• Enter constituent data into organization’s CRM databases
• Assist with database projects, including data management, cleansing, and migration
• Collaborate with the finance department, field staff, and other departments to ensure entry is accurate and handle other CRM and data-related requests from those teams
• Field phone and email questions from constituents
• Support the development team with other data entry administrative duties as needed
