Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations coordination, program coordination, or administrative support roles.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting transformation, PMO, or enterprise programs.
  
  • Experience in hybrid or distributed teams.
  • Experience coordinating events or leadership meetings.
  • Familiarity with basic resource or capacity tracking.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
