- Lead and manage complex productivity projects nationally for the Bulk Business, partnering with stakeholders at all levels
- Identify, prioritize, and support productivity improvements across multiple sites and regions
- Own the replication program by sharing best practices and tracking execution with regional teams
- Produce monthly productivity reports and presentations for national meetings
- Apply advanced productivity tools to overcome resistance and achieve cost savings
- Use operational knowledge to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase profitability
- Report to the Productivity Manager and coach junior professionals on projects
- Collaborate with local teams and support organizations to align efforts
- Develop strategic tools and quantify financial benefits, validating results with Finance
- Build and prioritize a project portfolio to meet annual financial targets
- Translate business strategy into actionable plans and solve complex problems
- Facilitate idea generation and develop robust project strategies with strong leadership
- Align with regional management on priorities, strategy, and support needs
- Thrive in a diverse team and contribute unique perspectives to drive inclusive productivity improvements

- Be willing to travel up to 25 percent as required
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field
- Have at least five years of engineering experience in industrial gases or refining industries
- Possess Black Belt training or certification
