Argonics, an industry-leading manufacturer of cast polyurethane products, has an immediate full-time opening to join our production team.

Main Responsibilities:

· Perform Quality Workmanship in all aspects of the job.

· Operate urethane mixing and dispensing machinery.

· Prepare and control all chemicals used in the urethane manufacturing operation.

· Follow all documented standard operating procedures.

· Sign off on appropriate documentation as required.

· Maintain the “Order, Organization, Cleanliness” of the dispenser

· Understand and follow safety precautions.

· Work independently or as a member of a team

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Two to Five years manufacturing machine operation experience desired.

· Must have good mechanical inclination and minor troubleshooting capabilities

· Ability to work and communicate with others.

· Capable of reading technical drawings.

· Be flexible and capable of multi-tasking.

· Must be quality conscious and pay attention to detail.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
