Longmont Dairy is looking for an experienced, compassionate, friendly, and patient customer services representative with accounts receivable and/or collections experience.
This is a front desk office position located in Longmont Colorado.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Professional and patient handling of in-coming and out-going customer calls
Phone and visitor reception
Accurately maintaining customer records
General office and bookkeeping functions including: generating statements, cross-checking data, maintenance of spreadsheet reports preparing accurate daily deposits, general phones and calendar management

Position Requirements:
Our Customer Service Representatives must possess the following:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to speak clearly, read, write, and comprehend English at an excellent level and communicate well to individuals and small groups.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent as well as draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Delivery Management System and map reading software.
Time management and work prioritization skills.
