Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator. This is a hands-on, onsite position based in our Rolling Meadows, IL office. The normal work schedule is Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with occasional overtime required to support business needs. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all shipping and fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, shipping, and resolving shipment-related issues.
• Generate and maintain shipping documentation, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and maintain inventory while ensuring accurate inventory records, inventory control practices, and appropriate stock levels to support customer demand and business operations.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage shipping and packaging supplies, including boxes, packing materials, labels, and related consumables, ensuring adequate inventory is maintained to support business operations.
• Organize and maintain warehouse locations, shelving systems, and storage areas to maximize efficiency, accessibility, and product visibility.
• Develop and maintain processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures that improve shipping, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Partner with Customer Service, Product Development, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve inventory, fulfillment, and product-related issues.
• Support new product launches by establishing inventory locations, shipping procedures, and warehouse processes.
• Track and report key operational metrics, including shipping accuracy, inventory discrepancies, backorders, and order turnaround times.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment and safely lift, move, and organize inventory, shipments, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support additional operational needs as the business continues to grow.

Required Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in shipping, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or fulfillment operations.

· Experience working in a small business or warehouse environment.

· Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to lift and move packages and inventory as required.

· Experience with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or shipping software preferred.

· Experience with barcode scanning and inventory control processes preferred.

· Knowledge of warehouse best practices and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

· Experience creating reports and using data to support operational decisions preferred.

· Ability to regularly lift and move packages and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds and assist with the movement of heavier products using proper equipment, team lifting techniques, and established safety procedures.

Pay: $31.25 - $36.00 per hour
