Position Overview
As a Professional Administrative Reporter, you will play a critical role in capturing and processing digital recordings of legal proceedings, meetings, and interviews. Working directly with attorneys, legal professionals, corporations, and associations, you will ensure a seamless and high-quality recording experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Recording of Meetings and Events – Utilize high-end technology to accurately capture client proceedings (Equipment and Training provided).
- Processing Digital Information – Gather, organize, and submit client documents with precision and compliance.
- Travel – Be available to travel within a 3-hour radius (up to 180 miles) of your residence or a Naegeli office (all travel time, mileage, and expenses fully compensated).
- Comprehensive Training – Participate in a two-week training program at our corporate headquarters (Travel and Accommodations provided).

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
