Position: Talent Development Program Specialist
Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking a dynamic Corporate Talent Development Program Specialist to support and lead the execution of enterprise learning and talent development initiatives. Working closely with the Talent Development Director, this role is responsible for delivering impactful programs that enhance employee capabilities, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support organizational growth.
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including the design and delivery of corporate training programs. In addition, demonstrated expertise in program management, proficiency with learning technologies, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while communicating effectively across all organizational levels.
