New Jersey’s academic health center, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) takes an integrated approach to educating students, providing clinical care, and conducting research, all with the goal of improving human health. Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Administrator for the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Administration in collaboration with the Division Chiefs as necessary, the Program Administrator will provide administrative support to the assigned divisions and provide necessary leadership to the department. Oversight of all operational, financial, and communications for the growth of the department, fiscal performance and operational effectiveness; including clinical and research revenue, grants, education and the management of division budgets. Responsible for planning, organizing, managing and evaluating all administrative and fiscal matters relating to the assigned unit(s)/divisions. Supervises the administrative staff of the assigned unit(s)/divisions.
