Starting Salary: $74,880 annually (Equivalent to $36/hour)

The schedule

This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Because we provide care 24 hours a day, there will be times when flexibility is needed. As a salaried manager, there may be occasions where you're called to help problem solve, support your team, respond to an urgent situation, or assist with coverage. Those situations will arise as they are part of leading a residential care home.

What you'll be doing

No two days are exactly the same, but your focus will always be the same: supporting your team and making sure residents receive exceptional care.

You'll:

• Lead, coach, and encourage your caregiving team
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment
• Step in to provide resident care whenever needed
• Support residents with appointments, activities, and daily routines
• Work alongside nursing, scheduling, and the leadership team
• Make sure documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Ensure the home stays organized, safe, clean, and compliant
• Help solve problems before they become bigger problems
• Celebrate successes and help your team continue growing

Qualifications

To be considered, you'll need:

• An active Washington State Home Care Aide (HCA) or Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) credential
• At least five years of leadership experience in an assisted living or residential care setting
• Experience working with adults experiencing mental illness or behavioral health challenges
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with electronic documentation systems
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
