Function: The Senior Director of Clinical Services leads the delivery of clinical programming for children and families, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. This role provides supervision, oversees program operations, and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Senior Director collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen service delivery and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Administration
· Provide overall administrative oversight of programs serving children and families in-home and in community settings.
· Oversee program performance, including service outcomes using KPI data dashboards.
· Assist with the management of program budgets in collaboration with senior leadership; ensure efficient use of resources.
· Maintain strong relationships with state and other external partners to support coordinated care and positive outcomes for children and families.
· Participate in required internal and external meetings as defined by Senior Director role.
· Lead Division planning initiatives to expand clinical services and enhance clinical capacity.
· Ensure reports for funders and other regulatory bodies are completed accurately and submitted on schedule.

Partnerships & Representation
· Represent the agency with state leadership, funders, and system partners (e.g., child welfare, behavioral health, schools, juvenile justice).
· Participate in cross-system planning initiatives and collaborative efforts to strengthen service delivery systems.
· Identify opportunities for program expansion.

Knowledge & Skills
· Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for children and families.
· Experience with home- and community-based service delivery models.
· Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage programs, and drive strategic initiatives.
· Skilled in data analysis, program evaluation, and quality improvement.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Familiarity with state systems, funding streams, and regulatory standards.
