Responsibilities

• Lead and organize process flow on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to catalogue and track required project documentation.
• Assist with coordination, scheduling, tracking and reporting on field installation projects as needed.
• Establish and maintain project schedules and track progress and adjust timelines as necessary.
• Coordinate with engineers, operations and sales on projects to ensure deadlines are met and all parties have visibility into progress on each project.
• Act as primary point of contact for projects.
• Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field.
• Five+ years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of Engineering estimating principles and practices.
• Excellent project scheduling abilities with a focus on timely completion of tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of Engineering project management processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with contracts, legal requirements, and compliance standards in commercial projects.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Construction site experience and project management is a bonus.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred.
