Location: Winnsboro, SC (100% Onsite)
Pay: $50,000 base salary + monthly commission
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7am - 5:00pm and Friday 7am - 11:30am

In this role, you will be the face of PRT Staffing at our client location. You will support employees, partner with client leadership, coordinate with our recruiting team, and make sure daily staffing operations run smoothly. What You Will Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for temporary employees working onsite
• Monitor daily attendance and manage call outs, no shows, and shift coverage
• Coach employees, provide performance feedback, and address workplace concerns
• Conduct regular employee check ins to promote engagement, retention, and safety
• Partner with PRT Staffing's centralized recruiting team to meet hiring goals
• Prescreen candidates and participate in interviews
• Coordinate candidate starts and support the onboarding process
• Verify I-9 documentation and ensure all compliance requirements are completed
• Monitor safety practices and personal protective equipment compliance
• Review and approve employee time records for payroll accuracy
• Resolve payroll and timekeeping issues quickly and professionally
• Build strong relationships with client leadership and provide regular staffing updates
• Anticipate staffing needs and help develop workforce plans that support the client's operations

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in staffing, onsite workforce management, human resources, or a similar leadership role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred
• Experience working with client workforce management systems is a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred but not required
