JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement & Purchasing Coordinator to support daily purchasing operations, vendor communication, inventory coordination, and production documentation. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working with both internal departments and external vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review requisitions and assist with bid preparation and purchase order creation
• Maintain procurement records including pricing, vendor performance, and delivery tracking
• Manage B-Corp and ISO documentation for Level 1 and Level 2 production items
• Coordinate tile and cut-tile purchasing programs with local and overseas vendors
• Support marketing and sales projects including customer samples and special requests
• Track past due deliveries and help resolve invoice and accounts payable issues
• Coordinate with Quality Department on defective materials and corrective actions
• Expedite goods and services as needed to support operations
• Process FSI orders for company locations in New York and Los Angeles
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous purchasing, procurement, administrative, or supply chain experience preferred
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office preferred
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Two-year degree in a related field
