• $14.50/hour after 6 months when you’re meeting performance and attendance goals.

Join Our Team as a DC Operations Associate

WV Supply is seeking a dependable and safety‑focused DC Operations Associate to support our distribution operations out of Huntington, WV. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate, and secure movement of materials within the warehouse, helping to keep projects and customers moving forward.

This is a full‑time, onsite role for individuals who enjoy active, hands‑on work and a collaborative environment. You’ll pick and stage orders, replenish bins, support receiving and putaway, and maintain clean, safe aisles. You’ll use RF scanners, follow established SOPs, and operate material‑handling equipment after in‑house certification.

What You’ll Do:

• Pick, stage, and verify customer orders with high accuracy
• Replenish primary locations and assist with receiving and putaway
• Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory variances
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after certification; complete equipment checklists
• Maintain housekeeping standards (sweeping, trash removal, 5S) and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability, clear communication, and strong attention to detail
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Experience with warehouse operations, RF scanners, or WMS preferred (training provided)
• Forklift experience or certification preferred (in‑house certification available)
