Cornerstone Truss & Components is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as Roof Table Assistants. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you'll help build high-quality roof trusses that support residential and commercial construction projects throughout New England.

No prior experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands as part of a team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the assembly of roof trusses using production drawings
• Position and align lumber accurately for assembly
• Install truss plates and prepare materials for production
• Support an efficient and organized production process
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Construction, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday
• Commitment to quality, safety, and attendance

Responsabilidades

• Auxiliar na montagem de treliças de telhado
• Posicionar a madeira conforme os desenhos de produção
• Instalar chapas metálicas e preparar os materiais para montagem
• Apoiar o fluxo eficiente da produção
• Inspecionar os materiais para garantir qualidade e precisão
• Manter a área de trabalho limpa, organizada e segura
