Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer Intern to join our team. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. You will participate in various Quality Engineering projects, meetings/teams, and observes operations to gather information and make recommendations. This role is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills in quality management, inspection, and data analysis while contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Duties

• Engineering Projects
• Miscellaneous other projects as assigned (time studies, cost modeling, drafting, etc)
• Oven profiles to verify processing parameters
• Daily Walkthrough and Employee Engagement: Spend time daily observing operations, communicating with employees and identifying potential efficiencies or areas of improvement
• Review current and draft updates standard operating procedures.
• Quality and continuous improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols including PPE use in manufacturing environments
