Responsibilities - What you’ll doMain Purpose/Focus of the Position: The Equal Opportunity and Rapid Response Representative (EO/RR) serve two purposes for the Office of Workforce Development (OWD). This position’s primary role is the Local Equal Opportunity Officer which oversees the local workforce board’s nondiscrimination and equal opportunity program. This position is also responsible for helping employers and customers with reemployment services and guidance concerning staff reductions, layoffs or worksite closures within assigned regions.
This position will provide services within the St. Louis County and St. Louis City metropolitan area.
