Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related. Five (5) years of progressive experience in DevOps (CI/CD), software development, Enterprise System Integration, or a combination thereof. Employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related and two (2) years of experience in DevOps (CI/CD), software development, Enterprise System Integration, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five (5) years of progressive experience as described above. Work experience to include: Developing, managing, and supporting software used for Bulk Electrical Systems, and Bulk Energy Markets; DevOps, GitOps, CI/CD, and source control management; Git, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Ansible; Kubernetes and containerization; Managing Kubernetes deployments with ArgoCD; Deploying microservices into k8s clusters; Helm Charts; and Using logging and monitoring tools to include: Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus and Jaeger. 100% remote position reporting to GE Energy Management Services LLC in Bellevue, WA. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable). For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $149,240-$212,202 annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 10% variable incentive compensation.
