Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral therapy programs, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will drive meaningful progress in clients’ communication, social skills, and independence while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and privacy regulations. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral therapy programs tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on ABA techniques and best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment plans, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behavioral health and autism research.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Current certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland.
• Demonstrated experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards.
• Ability to perform patient care activities with compassion, patience, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient privacy.

Pay: $95.00 - $135.00 per hour
