Job Overview:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the organization. You will ensure materials are accurately picked and packed in order to meet customer demands. By organizing inventory, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently, you directly impact product availability, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Your contributions and commitment to hard work help our customers’ projects stay on schedule and ensure the company’s success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Picking and packing building material orders with precision for customers.
• Organizing completed orders in designated loading zones.
• Restocking material/inventory as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Performing other related duties to keep our operation running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Dependable and ready to deliver top-notch results with a strong aptitude to learn
• Team player mindset and detail oriented to work efficiently and accurately
• Strong multitasking skills and commitment to safety processes and protocols
• Situational awareness and ability to use good judgement
• Experience in a lumber yard or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required
• Order picking and forklift/material handling experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Conditions and Work Environment

• Comfortable lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Able to work in a warehouse environment and outdoor, lumber yard environment, around related equipment
• Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• On your feet for 80% of the day with frequent reaching above and below shoulder height
• Work environment is 100% on site with regular attendance required

Job Type and Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, No Weekends, On-Site 100% in Bow, New Hampshire
