Position Summary:
The Group House Manager will oversee the daily operations of our IDD group home(s), ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance. This individual must demonstrate exceptional professionalism, communication skills, and leadership abilities, while actively collaborating with external partners to support growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage the daily operations of the group home(s), ensuring compliance with state regulations, Medicaid Waiver requirements, and company policies.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate group home staff to ensure quality care and performance.
• Manage and ensure timely completion of quarterlies, Part V assessments, and all necessary program documentation.
• Oversee and support the implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Communicate professionally and effectively with Support Coordinators, physicians, therapists, families, and other stakeholders to advocate for residents’ needs and coordinate services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate resident records and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with community partners, referral sources, and agencies to strengthen relationships and promote growth opportunities for the company.
• Lead staff in the management of residents with significant behavioral challenges, including direct crisis intervention support when needed.
• Maintain the home’s environment to licensing standards, including safety, cleanliness, and supply management.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently for reporting, documentation tracking, and operational planning.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• High level of professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with quarterlies, Part V documentation, Medicaid Waiver programs, and group home regulations.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to engage positively with community partners, medical providers, and support networks to advocate for individuals and build the company's reputation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of state licensing regulations and Medicaid Waiver services.
• Current CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certification preferred.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
