Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health

We’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a high-performing home health team serving patients across The Bay Area. This is a field-based role where you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering meaningful, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Support patients with communication, breathing, and feeding challenges
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team and case managers
• Educate patients and families while advocating for the best outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Active California SLP license (unrestricted)
• BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Home health experience preferred (not essential)
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + bonus potential
