Responsibilities
The primary emphasis for this position is to acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional accounts by developing relationships with owners, facility manager and management companies. Innovative, goal-driven sales professionals will sell planned maintenance agreements and energy solutions consulting for mechanical systems to C-level decision makers. You will develop sales leads, qualify prospects and make sales calls. You will negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins. You will balance your time between prospecting and networking, managing the relationship with current clients, and delivering sales presentations.
