BluePeak Facility Maintenance is a growing commercial cleaning company based in South Florida. We are looking for an energetic, confident, and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be making outbound cold calls to businesses to schedule walkthrough appointments for our sales team. You will also assist with lead management, CRM updates, and customer follow-up.

This is a sales-focused position, not a traditional administrative assistant role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses throughout South Florida.
• Schedule walkthrough appointments with decision makers.
• Qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
• Update lead statuses and notes.
• Handle objections professionally.
• Build relationships with potential clients.
• Work toward daily and weekly appointment goals.
• Assist with light administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English (required).
• Excellent written English.
• Confident and professional phone presence.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day.
• Ability to overcome objections.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Quiet home office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cold calling experience (strongly preferred).
• Appointment setting experience.
• B2B sales experience.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM.
• Experience working with U.S. customers.
• Commercial cleaning or facility services experience is a plus.

Compensation

• Base monthly salary (USD)
• Performance bonuses based on appointments set and qualified leads (if applicable)
