Row House Fitness in Campbell is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors. They will lead all sales efforts, drive membership growth and endeavor to prevent member attrition. The General Manager will hire, train and manage Sales Associates within their studio.

REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ years of fitness sales experience required.
· Confident in generating personal sales, as well as training and managing Sales Associates.
· Ability to manage and drive four primary revenue streams: memberships, small group training, private training/events, and retail.
· Customer service focused, interacting directly with members and prospective members.
· Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
· Proficiency with computers and Studio software; ClubReady experience a plus.
· Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
· Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
· An affinity and passion for fitness.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner.
· Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· College degree preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Membership sales.
· Manage sales staff, providing ongoing support, leadership, and coaching to the sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability.
· Implement sales process to schedule prospects and oversee onboarding and the studio experience.
· Lead generation including event sponsorships, grassroots marketing and pop-ups, networking and partnership development.
· Drive strong relationships with members by creating a welcoming, community-focused environment that keeps them committed and motivated to achieve their fitness goals.
· Execute and promote seasonal events (Resolve to Row, Regatta, Learn to Row) in studio and on social media to drive member engagement, retention, and studio utilization.
· Manage sales staff and coaching schedule.
· Manage marketing campaigns to drive leads and member engagement for the studio.
· Assist in management of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
· Run sales and revenue reports, analyzing studio performance metrics.
· Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio.
· Enforce Row House policies and procedures.
