Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Boat Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the boat-buying process, from exploring models to closing sales. Your goal is to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every customer while driving revenue and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and online to understand their boating needs and preferences.
• Showcase our selection of Tahoe, Nautique, Scout and other offerings, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.
• Assist customers in building and customizing their boats using our design tools and resources.
• Provide detailed information on financing options, warranties, and additional services.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including brochures, color charts, and technical details, to answer customer inquiries confidently.
• Follow up with leads and repeat customers to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events, specials, and new inventory.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth goals.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Two years of sales experience, preferably in the boating, lifestyle, or luxury goods industry.
• Passion for boating, water sports, and outdoor recreation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Knowledge of Tahoe Tri Toons, Nautique, Scout or similar brands is a bonus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
