dr LASER is looking to hire a Location Manager for our Costa Mesa location in Los Angeles, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals with sales experience. This is a fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal skills and experience in sales is a plus! In addition to scheduling customers and providing them excellent customer service, you will act as a sales consultant to our clients, providing them knowledge and pricing of treatments and services offered dr LASER. We are looking for positive, energetic individuals who are motivated to work hard, multi-task and handle a fast paced environment in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients while checking them in for treatments
• Provide sales support to clients by recommending treatments
• Increasing company revenue by upselling current clients and warm leads
• Scheduling clients via phone, email, and in-person for future services

Qualifications

• Some experience in a med spa is preferred but not required
• Some experience in sales in any business category
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Phones and Scheduling
• Highly motivated, positive, outgoing attitude
• Knowledge of skincare and treatments offered at the offices
• Strong customer service skills

Salary + Commission + Bonuses
