We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge, be familiar with OSHA regulations, and have experience with materials handling and shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the warehouse
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed according to OSHA regulations
• Manage and train warehouse staff
• Oversee materials handling, including loading and unloading trucks
• Manage shipping and receiving processes
• Work with AS400 system to track inventory and shipments
• Coordinate with e-commerce team to ensure timely order fulfillment-
• Work with 3PL partners to manage inventory levels

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Mechanical knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Experience with materials handling, shipping/receiving, and AS400 system
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
