Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall and finish carpentry, with a proven track record of managing and supervising projects effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and is ready to contribute to our projects on neighbor islands.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project success and timely completion.
• Utilize MS Office and other software tools to support project management tasks.
• Supervise project activities and provide guidance to team members.
• Travel to neighbor island projects as required, with subsistence and weekly airfare provided.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with preferred experience in drywall and finish carpentry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn various software applications.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Valid Hawaii driver's license.
• Ability to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
