Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and systems.
Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information to ensure high levels of accuracy.
Maintain and update existing records with new information as it becomes available.
Organise and file digital documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
Adhere to strict data confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity across all platforms.
Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
