Position Overview:
Arthrocyber is seeking a onsite ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Lead (Senior) to join our Cybersecurity Engineering Team in Washington, DC. This full-time position supports a U.S. Government civilian agency and offers an immediate start for qualified candidates with the required background clearance.

The ideal candidate will serve as a primary ServiceNow Developer and secondary ServiceNow Administrator, spearheading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations. This role involves workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.

As part of a dynamic team, you'll help optimize and automate tools for enterprise-wide impact, reporting directly to the Engineering Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Customize ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and customized forms to meet client needs.
• Utilize JavaScript for both client-side and server-side scripting, leveraging ServiceNow APIs.
• Manage ServiceNow architecture, security models, version control, update sets, and application deployment.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow Agile and DevSecOps methodologies to enhance development cycles.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, particularly in ITSM modules.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security practices, and best practices.
• Experience with version control, update sets, and application deployment.
• Familiarity with web services integration (REST, SOAP).
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Agile Development, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
