Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans that promote meaningful progress and improve quality of life. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and educational staff on behavioral strategies and data collection methods
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
• Perform intake assessments to determine eligibility for services and establish initial treatment goals
• Maintain accurate medical records, progress notes, and treatment documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform treatment decisions
• Ability to conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and behavioral health screenings effectively
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and medical records management for compliant documentation
• Excellent communication skills for training team members and engaging with families or caregivers
• Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empowering clients through evidence-based interventions
