OVERVIEW
Cape Fear Commercial is seeking an Experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a local portfolio from our Wilmington office. The ideal candidate would have commercial property management experience and would be able to jump right into the role. A strong work ethic and professionalism are required, as well as multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance of a portfolio of diverse commercial properties, requiring daily communication with vendors, tenants, and property owners. This position would create annual budgets for each property and review monthly reports to ensure the income and expenses are in line. In addition, this role would approve weekly invoices, manage tenant A/R, and handle day-to-day operations of each property. The Sr. PM would also be responsible for reading leases to ensure tenants are set up properly in Yardi, as well as producing annual CAM Reconciliations for each tenant. Tenant upfits, move-ins, and move-outs are also managed by the Sr. PM, who should be an independent worker, while also being able to work with the department as a team.

In summary, the Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of buildings and grounds, tenant relations, and accounting functions in accordance with each property owner’s goals and objectives.
