We are looking for individuals that are professional, flexible, and people-oriented with at least two years of OTR experience. If interested please apply, in-house training can be accommodated for the right candidate to obtain a CDL license. Those interested in Part-Time may set their own schedule but may have to drive certain weekends.

The main responsibility of a Motor Coach operator is to get passengers to their destinations safely and on time. Responsibilities include:

• Operate Company vehicles/equipment in accordance with current D.O.T. regulations and Company policies and procedures.
• Conducting pre- and post-route inspections of vehicles
• Following traffic laws and employer safety rules while driving;
• Performs any pre-trip ‘homework’ thoroughly by using maps or the computer/internet to research best, safest routes, etc…
• Follow instructions on work tickets or duties as allocated by the Operations staff, such as Dispatch, Operations Manager, or the Safety & Training Officer.
• Treat all guests, customers, and other persons in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Assists passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle.
• Assists with loading, unloading and moving luggage, packages and other items as needed.
• Follow all legislative requirements concerning Drivers’ hours regulations both in and out of the U.S. and complete assigned log books accurately.
• Keeps interior and exterior of vehicle neat and orderly.
• To report any incident that involves injury, damage to any passenger, pedestrian or third-party property immediately and in line with Company procedures.
• Attend any required Company Driver Training and/or driver meetings.

Summary

As a Part-Time Motor Coach Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a valid CDL and core skills in bus and motor coach driving. Your premium skills in mechanical knowledge and maintenance will be essential for ensuring the vehicle's optimal performance. Additionally, relevant experience in shuttle driving and communication will enhance the passenger experience. Pay: $10,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 50 per week
