We're looking for a Full-Time Inventory & Supply Chain Planner to help ensure our ingredients and finished products are always available to meet customer demand.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Inventory & Supply Chain Planner, you'll play a key role in keeping our supply chain running efficiently by:

• Planning inventory levels for ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products
• Creating and managing purchase orders to ensure materials arrive on time
• Coordinating shipments with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Scheduling inbound and outbound truckload, LTL, and rail shipments
• Monitoring inventory to balance product availability while minimizing excess stock
• Maintaining packaging and bag label inventory to support production schedules
• Processing receiving paperwork, invoices, bills of lading, and packing slips
• Receiving inventory into our ERP system and maintaining accurate records
• Working with suppliers to resolve delivery, inventory, and logistics issues
• Helping ensure our manufacturing teams have everything they need to keep production moving

• Highly organized and enjoys planning ahead
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with vendors and coworkers
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
• Analytical and enjoys solving problems
• Comfortable working with numbers, inventory, and spreadsheets
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in purchasing, inventory management, replenishment planning, or supply chain
• Logistics or transportation coordination experience
• Experience with ERP systems
• Manufacturing, agriculture, food, or feed industry experience
