Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Slitter Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain our Slitting machines, ensuring the production of high-quality products to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately measure using tools like calipers, tape measures, and rulers is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Slitting machines.
• Accurately measure materials using calipers, rulers, and tape measures.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to measure accurately using rulers, tape measures, and calipers (knowledge of fractions and decimals are required).
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills; proactive in seeking answers and solving issues.
• Competency testing will be conducted during in-person interviews.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanically inclined with a solid understanding of equipment operation.
• Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently while meeting production goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
