We're growing fast, and we need driven sales professionals who want to grow with us. This is an in-office position at our Allegan, MI headquarters where you'll be part of a collaborative, high-energy sales team.

What You'll Do

Own your territory. You'll manage a dedicated territory and build a pipeline from company-provided leads, CRM data, CMD/Dodge project leads, outbound prospecting, and inbound inquiries.

Drive revenue. Prospect, qualify, quote, and close — you'll manage the full sales cycle and hit monthly/quarterly targets.

Be the expert. Learn our product line inside and out (full training provided) and deliver virtual AIA continuing education presentations to architects and specifiers.

Build relationships. Partner and become a trusted resource for your customers — from first call to project completion.

Stay organized. Keep your CRM updated daily, track your pipeline, and manage follow-ups like a pro.

What You Bring

· 1–6+ years of inside sales experience (construction, manufacturing, or building products a plus)

· A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

· Confidence on the phone — you're comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

· CRM experience (we'll train you on ours if needed)

· Technical or mechanical aptitude is a bonus

· Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, but equivalent experience absolutely works

Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + Commission
Commission: earn commission from dollar one, no cap
